100% Grass-fed Suet Tallow
Known for its nourishing properties, Suet Tallow is the most nutritious form of tallow and the only one we use in our products. Rich in vitamins A, D, E, K, B12, and Omega 3, Tallow is similar in composition to our skin’s natural oils, making it intensely moisturizing without clogging pores.
Coconut Oil
Abundant in nourishing fatty acids, coconut oil is a potent moisturizer renowned for its soothing properties. How often do I need to reapply the lip balm?
We’ve designed our lip balm to provide maximum nourishment with minimal reapplication. That said it depends on the state of your needs and how in need of replenishment they are.
Will the lip balm melt?
Our Lip Balm uses natural butters, oils, and waxes that are heat sensitive, so if you leave it in your car on a hot day it will soften. However, re-solidifying it is easy, simply let it sit at room temperature or pop it in the fridge for an hour.
Why are there no preservatives?
Most preservatives can have an adverse effect on the skin and are also hormone disruptors. We want to keep our formulas as simple as possible and completely eliminate the need for a harmful preservative — so it’s good for your skin and your health.
The bacteria that form in cosmetic products and cause them to go bad are formed in water. This is why we created our products to be completely water-free– to eliminate the need for a preservative.
This is also why it’s super important that you do not introduce water into the product.
